System Application

For my system applications I have a couple ideas but they are all relative to what a child would receive if they had their birthday at ClubKids.

What I would like to do is have a package they get at the time they schedule the birthday party and it could include:
*Invites
*Stickers
*Water Bottle

All of these items would come in a drawstring bag that has the ClubKids logo on it. I found a couple of websites that you can personalize a drawstring bag but a lot of them you have to buy a minimum of 50 or so bags so if anyone knows of any places that would be awesome!

Other things could include a t-shirt for the birthday kid, ClubKids frisbee, party bags for the guests, etc. I'm not sure how much is too much so I just kind of have ideas at this point.

Refined Business System

I refined my business system a bit. I tried to reflect the angles of the letters in the logo by the shapes I put the pictures in. This is something I carried through my entire business system.

In the inside of the folder I'm still debating between having the logo big of the left or not. I might like it better without. There will be a flag that has an enlarged picture on it and when you open it the membership card is on the opposite side.

I still have some editing to do for the letter with adding the phone number and address of the company.

HELP!

Okay I have spent my entire weekend thinking and looking at ClubKids and I think I may go crazy. I  have a lot of directions that I attempted so I narrowed it down to these two...well actually I like the photograph one much better. I have been struggling a lot with my logo and making it fit with the mood I'm trying to portray and stay directed at the audience I want it to be geared towards. I feel that with the one with the photographs I'm able to give it a professional clean cut feel but at the same time make it fun with the abstracted lines.

Oh also the text is not even near complete so just ignore the actual words.

Thoughts?

More Style Guides...

I found this image with  the brand guide of guitar hero. I couldn't find the inside or a pdf of it but you can definitely get the feel of the guide from these three images.

Guitar hero has such a distinguishable identity and it's carried through into this style guide very well. There is a clear theme that Guitar Hero uses and that is something that I am working towards for my identity. All three of the images are so different but it is obvious that they all belong together.

I also found a photograph of the Nick style guide. I have been trying to drawn inspiration from nick from the begining by looking at the website and the graphics and type they use. I like the use of the tabs in this manual and how there is color but its not over powering. Even though Nick has brand colors of blue and orange, other colors are very evident in their style guide.

Style Guide Crazy!

So I found a bunch of fun style guides.

Heineken has a portion of their website dedicated to their corporate identity. Check it out:

They go through all the system applications from a letterhead to how it should be used in a magazine, to the way its presented on signs both indoor and outdoor. They also have a lot of examples of the way their brand is used! This is an awesome style guide :)

I also liked the Easy Group manual. I got a similar feel with this identity to mine with the use of the solid colors and sans serif text.

The at&t standards manual is very plain but really information and I thought would be nice for reference of what to include in mine.

If you want to look at any others there are a bunch on this website:
